Self Compassion Group

May 27 @ 1:00 pm - 2:30 pm

This is a four-week, skills based group that helps participants cultivate inner kindness, mindfulness, and resilience to manage difficult emotions and reduce self-criticism. Through practical, interactive exercises and shared reflection, you will learn to treat yourself with the same compassion you offer to a good friend.

 

This will be an in person closed group (meaning you have to sign up in advance) running every Wednesday from 1-2:30 PM beginning on Wednesday May 20th and ending Wednesday, June 10th.
