What We Offer
Our Sexual Assault Services program is a place where you can get practical and emotional one-on-one support. We help provide information on reporting options, can act as your third party reporter and can be hospital support for medical care and evidence collection. We also provide free counselling and emotional support services where you can talk about what you’re going through and get support at your own pace.

- At least 12 free one-hour conselling sessions are available.

How To Access Counselling Services
It takes courage to ask for help. So, we try our best to get you a counselling appointment quickly.
Our Process Is Simple:
To start, fill out our intake form by clicking the button below (or call us if forms aren’t your thing).
A member of our team will call you to learn more about your needs and share resources, as well as let you know about any waiting times.
When a counsellor can see you, they’ll contact you to set up an intake session and start your counselling journey.

I am passionate about building connections with and providing support to individuals who have experienced complex trauma, relationship challenges, self-esteem challenges, and gender transitions. Outside of work you will often find me talking to or about my 3 rescue cats, camping or snowboarding.
